Haha, I thought this to be somewhat funny. Well, not really. I custom built my laptop through HP. It came with an OEM version of Vista Basic which at the time I didn't know very much about. Yesterday I wanted to test the mode7 demo that I'm doing, on Vista. My system has dual boot options. I started Vista and a notice flew up on my screen saying that I may have an invalid copy of Vista. I said to myself: "WTF?". It asks me to punch in my serial number. So I flip my laptop over copy it down and enter it in. It justs keeps coming back as invalid. It allowed me to run Vista at first, but now I cannot use Vista. I tried using reduced functionality option when Vista starts, but it just logs me out. I read online that some guy had the same problem and had to call Microsoft to get it resolved.

Does Vista hate me?
