Omg that is pretty friggin funny actually. Cripes that's alot of screens. I have a couple of old ass games that I started with RPGMaker but never finished. They sucked.
Actaully that DBZ game looks bad ass. You should finish it. *looks around* I have some old screens that I have lying around my site for some reason. Actually there is no good reason for them to be there. but here they are;

Well, one is a Phantasy Star fan game that I started whilst I was coding Link's Awakening. Worked on it for 2 weeks. The other is Celestia, which is the first game I ever did. Neither of them were ever completed. Just skeletons....

Yeah it is. I used the extended RTP for RPG Maker 2000. Imagine that. They had a Chrono Trigger set. She was my main characters place holder. I did some edits and original work here and there.

It was originally, but no mores. Just a third party room drawing alternative for game maker.

You should just make your own Gamemaker as you are pretty much headed that way

You do have permission from KingMob to use those graphics? As most of those tiles are cusotm made by him.
